Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Serves as liaison between client employer groups and insurance carriers by performing the following services.
Job duties are included but not limited to the following.
Duties:
Product Knowledge :
Become familiar with the products sold to the client, as well as the processes and systems used by the corresponding carriers and vendors.
Communication with the carriers/vendors is crucial.
Carrier Relations :
Report and reconcile monthly the enrollment and payment information to the carriers on the client's behalf.
Re:
Enrollment:
Coordinate with the client and carrier all re:
enrollments in conjunction with the Enrollment Supervisor Billing :
Required to set:
up all client billing or implementation of Common Remitter Services.
Will also be responsible for the resolution and ongoing maintenance of the Common Remitter processes.
Payroll file distribution will also be required of this position.
Travel :
Occasional travel will be required to create and maintain a superior working relationship with the client.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Communication:
both written and verbal, in a one on one or group setting environment Prioritizing, multi:
tasking, and organization skills are most important.
High level user skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in all Microsoft products required.
