Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze campaigns and make changes to improve performance metrics and/or direct others to do so Collaborate with Cobalt sales organization to uncover opportunities and to manage client relationships Lead a group of Strategists and Analysts responsible for overall advertising performance.
Manage team to deliver on defined performance targets and continue to refine these targets and measurements as product offerings evolve and client's goals change.
Collaborate with sales team to uncover opportunities and to drive program growth.
Own and drive advertising services delivery including performance reviews, adhoc reports and projects, and ongoing optimization around operations and marketing delivery.
Responsible for participating in launch projects and for being the representative and spokesperson for Advertising Services.
Work with Centers of Excellence product teams to continue to define delivery and refine coordination.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
8
year's management experience, including managing leaders.
8
year's digital marketing experience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required.
Strong Analytical skills Experience developing, implementing and gauging the success of new processes from the ground up.
Expertise delivering performance analysis to both internal and external customers.
Ability to coach employees in both client management and digital marketing delivery.
