POSITION SUMMARY Manage accounting function including A/?R, A/?P, G/?L, cash management, development and maintenance of corporate budget, and the preparation of regular financial planning reports including monthly profit/?loss and cash flow forecasts Develop cost saving measures for the administration of services to enhance corporate profitability Manage the company's business liability, workers comp, and other insurance programs Ensure development, preparation, coordination and monitoring of overall work plans, strategies and programs for the business services needs of the company ; ensure that the system of internal controls and the system of accounting controls are in place and functioning properly Lead the efforts in recruiting, developing, and retaining the required human capital for the company including the design and implementation of company training and compensation programs Manage corporate financing strategies and activities, as well as banking and lending relationships Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior leadership team Manage audit and evaluation services as appropriate Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of FAR and GAAP standards Ability to ensure adequate preparation of reports or rationale with respect to key finance and accounting decisions; Strong managerial/?leadership skills Demonstrated flexibility in leadership by performing and /?or overseeing the analysis of complex human resources, administrative manag Source:
