Job DescriptionWe're Hiring!Our RAC Team is looking to hire a Rental Sales Professional for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Lubbock located at 2516 34th Street.
Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successfulRENT-TO-OWNstore.
Help and assist in all aspects of store including, but not limited to execution of programs, processes and procedures, customer growth, delinquency management, budgeting, product ordering, and P L management.
Job Type:
Full-timeBENFITSEmployee discounts after 1 year of service.
Paid time off.
Referral program.
SCHEDULE40-hour work week with 1 day off during the week and Sundays.
SUPPLEMENTAL PAYBonuses, if certain goals are met.
EXPERIENCERetail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required.
