28945 Description Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Intern Assist the Plant Engineering department with equipment design changes and upgrades, operational problems, and procedure updates at the Jones Generating Plant.
Must be current student, Junior status or higher in an accredited Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degreed program.
Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Experience around mechanical equipment and an interest in power generation.
Also must be able to work in a plant environment (grating, heights and noise).
Must have computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
