6 months (with possible extension)Duties and
Responsibilities:
Scanning and processing of all employee records from paper to electronic files using DynaFile software Support to HR, Benefits, and Payroll on business processes Transactional support and data analysis Recommending best practices and providing solutions to transactional processes and data errors Provide thorough and professional customer service Auditing to support data integrity of complete files and scanning of records Maintains confidentiality of Employee and or resident data as outlined in our LMS, Policies & Procedures Assist with other duties and projects that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Strong analytical mind, with problem solving skills, an aptitude for accuracy, and attention to detail Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent critical thinking skills Computer savvy (MS Word, MS Outlook & Excel) Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable, and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment About the CompanyWe are a unique company with a flat structure that allows our independent affiliates to make decisions that best fit them.
