Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canalsDiagnose oral diseases, abnormalities, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic toolsDevelop individualized treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring their understanding and consentEducate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructionsCollaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide integrated patient careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notesStay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental schoolActive dental license in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure)Proven experience as a Dentist, preferably with at least 3 years of clinical practiceProficient in performing general dental procedures and utilizing dental technologiesExcellent clinical and diagnostic skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesDedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered careBenefits :
