Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Design, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems. Design, fabricate and weld support structures for new or existing equipment. Troubleshoot and maintain chilled water systems. Understanding of a PLC software and operating systems with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose input / output card failures, and reset run fault errorsRSLogic 500 knowledge preferred. Perform preventive maintenance as outlined in the preventive maintenance program. Implement diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs of gearboxes (seals and bearings), motors and related components for the support of the process equipment. Experience and Education Requirements:
