Day to Day Work:
Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment. Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local client team.
Requested Skills:
Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
Excellent communication skills.
Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
Learn and retain proprietary processes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
