The Role:
Miner is looking to add to our staff of full-time Service Professionals, to meet the demands of our growing business. We have immediate openings in Lubbock, TX! Qualified candidates must be able to inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain all makes and models of doors, docks, levelers and related warehouse equipment.
Qualifications:
We are looking for dependable employees who possess the following skills and qualities:
o A minimum of 3 years of experience in repair and maintenance of doors, docks, levelers and related warehouse equipment.
o Clean criminal and driving record.
o Strong work history and positive references from former employers.
o Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven, service environment.
o Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance backgrounds highly desirable.
o Follows all safety procedures in performing work, as well as company policies.
o Able to work independently, but in a team environment.
o Able to manage time effectively, as well as complete service reports, timecards and parts ordering.
o Communicate well with customers, vendors, etc.
o Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
o Technical school training and OEM certification a plus.
Resource Profile:
Miner Service Professionals must be capable of being very hands on and digging into the details to really understand our customers' needs. This role requires the ability to manage a number of competing priorities / personalities and execute against both individual projects as well as broader strategic initiatives. Attention to detail, high say / do ratio and consistent follow through are critical to the success of this role. Miner Service Professionals have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate across all levels of the customers' and Miner's team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
