Currently I serve as the “Super User” for all West Texas operations, including Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, & San Angelo.   Responsibilities range from entering data for daily production reports, updating and distributing various reports from 3 software systems to upper management & collections staff throughout UBS Texas, calculate and enter monthly goals for the West Texas region for reporting purposes, record telephone scripts to be sent out electronically to potential donors regarding upcoming promotions, design and mail out hundreds of postcard promotional materials for blood drive campaigns, prepare/run donor call-lists for mobile blood drives, prepare, coordinate, and submit all information for West Texas mobile drive campaigns to the customer contact center staff in El Paso, and match up monthly donor goals within various UBS software systems.

Responsible for creating, filing, and maintaining all employee personnel files, including PAF’s, and other highly confidential documents for the City of Lawton’s 930 employees.  Prepared agendas and meeting minutes for all employee-related accident, injury, and safety committee review board meetings.  Responsible for accounts payable for Human Resources department, utilizing GEMS software, prepared purchase orders, and handled all scheduling, travel, and correspondence for HR Director.  Ordered office supplies for HR department, performed data entry on employee files, including entering and updating employee drivers license records and ensured that all information was up to date in accordance with state law requirements.  Prepared outgoing correspondence to employees, department heads, safety representatives, and outside vendors, and handled all verifications of employment.  Greeted the public, directed new hires to appropriate departments for testing and set up applicants for job testing on city computers.  Relocated to Lubbock, TX.

Legal Assistant II – City Attorney’s office               June 2009 – April 2011

Prepared and filed various legal documents in district and federal court, provides personal assistance to two Assistant City Attorney’s, such as typing letters to vendors, citizens, attorney’s, court clerks, judges, and insurance companies, regarding a variety of legal issues.  Continue to process incoming damage claims and follow up correspondence to claimaints regarding their claims.  Prepare Ordinances, Resolutions, memorandums to City Council members, schedule meetings and conference calls with various clients, attorney’s, and internal personnel departments within the City of Lawton, assist in witness interviews in preparation for trials and/or union arbitrations.  Applied for internal position in HR department.

 Sr. Clerical Assistant – City Attorney’s office        March 2009 – June 2009

Processed incoming mail, entered incoming damage claims into the mainframe and Amicus software system, followed up on claims with internal office staff, initiated phone calls to citizens regarding their claims, greeted claimants and explained the tort claim process to citizens when filing their damage claims, etc.  Promoted to Legal Assistant II position after 3 months.

Coordinator for Faculty Administration department.  Responsible for entering budget information into Excel spreadsheets, sending out correspondence to professors, deans, and other faculty members regarding executive meetings, prepared certificate awards for faculty presentations, prepared and organized attendee registration lists for various faculty seminars, and made reservations with caterers and other vendors for multiple luncheons, dinners, and committee meetings for dean’s office.

Mullin, Hoard, & Brown, LLP – Law Office              Jan 2009

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for corporate law office.  Responsibilities included answering and transferring incoming calls to appropriate attorneys, greeted incoming clients, scheduled conference rooms for various offices, maintained a log of all incoming/outgoing faxes.

 Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center – Office of Admissions             Nov 08 – Dec 08

Administrative Assistant position.  Responsibilities included answering phones, assisting with set up for medical school applicant interviews, assisted the Dean of Admissions with various administrative tasks such as assembling binders for incoming applicants, filing applications, and directing students to appropriate appointments with medical doctors for interviews.

 CHR SOLUTIONS, INC., Lubbock, TX    May 2000 - October 2008

Contract Administrator          August 2007 – October 2008

Responsible for preparing and maintaining contracts between telecommunication client companies and various contractors on several different projects within a tri-state area.  Prepared letters of correspondence between client, contractors, and government representatives, tracking the accuracy of invoices, shipping maps to field reps, communicating with project managers responsible for supervising various projects.

Executive Assistant to Group President   May 2000 - Aug 2007

Provided administrative support, obtaining and maintaining executive’s Professional Engineering license renewals, Corporate Certificates of Authorization through various state board requirements, handled all travel arrangements for office executives, made arrangements for lunch meetings & presentations on and off site, handled bookkeeping for outside entity accounts (check writing, spreadsheet calculations, and check register maintenance), tracked and prepared expense reports.  Relocation to Oklahoma.
